About Me
I’m Hugo Martins, a Software and Infrastructure Engineer from Lisbon, Portugal.
I like to build and break things. Currently working on tools that improve developer’s lives and productivity. Lately, I’ve grown an interest in reliability and scalability of distributed systems. These days I write Go, previously wrote Python and Kotlin.
Currently, I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Datadog. Previously, Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Talkdesk and Site Reliability Engineer at Claranet. I have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Information and Business Systems. You can review some of my projects in the Code and Research sections.
